good morning on this pink saturday. i'm sharing a picture today of my pink ginger plant. every year we cut this down completely in the winter and it is so lush the next spring. it seems to grown overnight.
this is a picture of my niece's birthday invite for last year. her mom teaches dancing so she had a ballerina party and cut each invitation out after printing the information. isn't it darling?

Happy Pink Saturday, Sue. The figurine I used for the Pink Saturday button is Irish Dresden. I have a small collection, and also have a couple of German Dresden. I love them, but they are so incredibly fragile.
I don't think I have ever seen a ginger plant, and it certainly has beautiful blooms. I love bees, too.
Happy PS, Sue! I used to plant ginger back in the Philippines for cooking. I'm not sure if the one you have is ornamental plant only.
Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by @ my place.
Pretty plant, never seen a Ginger plant before.. Have a happy and bless week.
Happy Pink Saturday.
I was reading down through your posts -- lovely. You know with everything I've done I've never tried rubberstamping fabrics... Is it easy to do?
Great pink collection ~ the ballet invitation is darling and clever.
Your blog banner is amazing - I'd like to know more about it!
We call it Hidden Ginger - you really have to look for the blooms. I love my gingers, but they have had a rough time this year with so little rain and a stingy water person.
I love that banner, too!
Hi Suesue,
I don't think I've ever seen a Ginger plant before...the blooms are darling! Don't you just love plants that you cut back and they come back better than the year before?
Have a great Pink Saturday!

You are so great with your creative projects--lucky little gr. kiddos! Love you in that hat--my buddy and I do that too--there's just something so fun about trying on hats! Hope your PSat is a great one--keep on having fun! dana
