pink Saturday

i am so excited to be the owner of this new bike! i've wanted one for quite a while but really didn't want something ordinary and i couldn't afford a vintage one. the great thing about living in a small town is the fact that so many places are right there. i got the basket years ago and it fits right on without a problem. even though the bike is pink--this is one of my green solutions!

i'm also showing off my pretty pink gardening gloves-which, unfortunately, are still very new looking. it's been so hot and i've been so lazy about the weeds.  they'll get used eventually.

please visit the other pink posts today hosted by beverly
p.s. if you scroll down i made a dress for my granddaughter that has pink in it. i can't wait to see it on her!

I love your pink bike!!! It's beautiful. I'll bet you will enjoy riding it even more becuase of it's splendid color.

My weeds don't fear me. They know that I leave them alone! LOL!

Happy Pink Saturday!

What a lucky girl you are to have such a beautiful bike - not only is it pink, it is green, too.

You are living my dream life! I want to have a house in a small town where I can walk or bike to the stores.

I LOVE that bike!!!

I love to garden, too, but I don't do much of it when it gets hot and humid either...blah. Cute pink gloves!

Nice to meet you:)

The pink bike ROCKS. Makes me want to grab a can of pink spray paint and go to it on my old Sears bike.

Those gloves are too darn pretty to weed in! :o)

That pink bike is too cute! :) Love the litte dresses you made for Georgia. I used to make these little dresses for my daughter, and jumpers, very similar, for my son when they were younger! They were so cute and cool! Brings back memories! :)

Hi Suesueb,
I love the Pink bike! My first bike was pink and ever since I've wanted another one. My hubby thought I was nuts when I said I wanted a pink bike since I have a perfectly new (well it's about 5 years old) road bike sitting in the garage. Once I bought my pink one he went and bought one for himself (not pink though) and now he finally understands the appeal of a cruiser.
Have fun on your pink bike and do you have any pics of your old house? I've always wanted to live in an old victorian.
Have a great pink saturday.

Wow! I am loving that pink bike. Now I want one. I think it would be neat to be able to bike to the stores, etc. I live way out in the country so there is no chance of that. :(

The bike is so cute! Maybe you could wear all pink when you ride it including the gardening gloves! That might be another Pink Saturday photo.
