we went to a friend's on saturday, and her mother-in-law sent us home with lots of ichiban eggplant! yesterday, i grilled them on the pit...delicious!!!!!
oh, i had my first tomato sandwich on friday and thought of you. soooo good! my dad said just last week that when their tomatoes are ready, he is calling you over for one of his famous sandwiches. :)

Yum!
I am growing some food in my garden for the first time ever! I am so excited. Tomatoes are showing up on the vines, the basil is gorgeous, and so on. I also have some sunflowers. I love those too. Nice entry. :-)
