Guest Posting/Pink Saturday

So honored to be featured Here today!! Thank you Madame Samm! Remember to leave a comment to win my giveaway.

For all my Pink Saturday friends: So sorry I missed the big birthday celebration at Beverly's with y'all. I couldn't get my posting to work for some reason last weekend. Hope you all had fun at the party. Here's a little pink (or actually a lot) for this weekend.

I repainted the inside of a food armoire from my mom to put in my studio. I absolutely love it! More storage space and such a happy color!!

The outside:

This piece of furniture was in my mom's house forever and I think she got it from her mom. It was in the dining room and she stored her Christmas green dishes and other holiday dishes in here. Her mom probably used it for it's original purpose which was to store food. A "garde manger" in French or literally a guarder of eats. It really does not translate well!

Hope y'all have a wonderful week!

Love the chair. Thanks for sharing. I've got a yard sale purchase stool that needs some brightening up and a selvege cover would be perfect. Would love to win the cuff.

I love the idea of covering a chair. My sewing chair could really use covering. I have been collecting selvedges for a long time, maybe I have enough!

Wow! Your chair looks amazing! I have made a selvedge tote bag - it was originally to be a quilt but I gave up! lol

I wish I had all those selvages I've thrown away over the years. I just made a selvage pincushion, and I love it. Thanks for the giveaway.

Your food armoire is a great addition to your studio! I love the surprise of pink inside. :D

Thanks for sharing your chair today! I should do something similar for my office chair at work - it's pretty sad looking these days.

Thanks for the chance to win the bracelet. :D

Wow! Your chair is the most creative use of selvedges I've seen! I've actually been saving them without knowing why. Now I have a fabulous idea of what to do. Thanks!
